Rules & Regulations for the

Bordon Youth Umbrella Group Murder Mystery

The organisers of this event require these conditions to enable safe participation:

●      Every young person will register each day at the following times:

        a.     10.00 a.m.

        b.     Lunchtime

        c.     End of Day (4.00 p.m.)

●      All young persons must remain within the event area unless prior arrangements have been made. Any participant leaving the event area must always ensure they have signed out through the main event office and are signed back in on return. Participants will not be allowed to leave for lunchtimes unless indicated on the registration form. If any child wishes to leave the event without prior notification, permission will be sought from Parent/Guardian.

●      Appropriate behaviour will be expected at all times. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the event (minor disagreements will be mediated by the group supervisor).

●      Participants will remain in their original teams at all times and at no time will they be allowed to separate.

●      At no time will participants be allowed to remove their event identification.

●      All volunteers will be wearing identification and any instructions given by a volunteer must be adhered to.

●      Refreshments are not provided - please bring your own lunch/drinks.

●      This event is an all weather event - please bring suitable clothing.

●      Any personal items brought in by participants will be entirely the owners' responsibility. If brought in it would be encouraged that mobile phones be for emergency use only
